Refund Policy

Understanding our refund process for gaming and digital services.

General Policy

At Rafale, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our digital services. However, due to the instant nature of digital goods and in-game top-ups, our refund policy is strictly governed by the following terms.

Irreversible Actions

Orders for in-game currency (UC, Diamonds, CP, etc.) are processed immediately. Once the transaction is confirmed as "Completed" by the game server, it CANNOT be reversed or refunded.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following specific circumstances:

  • Order Still "Pending": You may request a cancellation if the order has not yet been processed by our team or the automated system.
  • Failure to Deliver: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to a technical error on our side within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Over-billing: If you were charged multiple times for the same single order due to a payment gateway error.
  • Out of Stock: If a digital gift card or service is unavailable after payment.

Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot issue refunds for the following common scenarios:

  • Wrong Player ID: If you provided an incorrect Player ID, Username, or Character Name and the coins were delivered to that ID.
  • Wrong Region: If you purchased a product for a region that is incompatible with your game account (e.g., buying a US code for an Egyptian account).
  • Game Account Bans: We are not responsible for bans or restrictions placed on your account by game developers for violations of their Terms of Service.
  • Revealed Gift Cards: Once a digital code is revealed or displayed in your dashboard, it is non-refundable.
  • Wallet Deposits: Funds deposited into your Rafale Wallet are non-refundable but can be used for any future purchase on the platform.

How to Request a Refund

Check Order Status

Go to your "Order History" and ensure the order is still "Pending" or has a "Failed" status.

Submit a Ticket

Use our Support Ticket system or Live Chat. Provide your Order ID and the reason for the refund.

Account Review

Our team will verify the delivery status with the respective game server or service provider.

Final Outcome

If approved, funds can be returned to your original payment method or as Rafale Wallet Credit (instant).

Refund Timeframes

  • Rafale Wallet Credit: Instant (Highly Recommended)
  • Digital Wallets (Vodafone Cash, InstaPay): 1-3 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
  • Fawry/Meeza: 3-5 business days

Special Circumstances

In cases of suspected fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund system, Rafale reserves the right to suspend the user account and deny any refund requests while an investigation is conducted.
