By accessing our platform, website, or using any of our digital services (including top-ups and gift cards), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rafale.

If you are using the services on behalf of a minor, you agree to be responsible for their compliance with these terms.

2. Services Description

Rafale operates as a digital marketplace providing gaming-related products and services, including but not limited to:

• In-game Currencies: Mobile and PC game top-ups (UC, Diamonds, CP, etc.).
• Digital Codes: Gift cards for platforms like Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, and Google Play.
• Premium Subscriptions: Digital memberships for various entertainment and gaming platforms.
• Rafale Wallet: A pre-paid balance system for seamless transactions on our site.

3. Account Responsibilities

To use certain features, you must create a Rafale account. You agree to:

• Accuracy: Provide true and accurate information during registration and for every order (especially Player IDs and Region details).
• Security: Maintain the absolute confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• Responsibility: You are 100% responsible for all activities, including purchases, made under your account.
• Wrong Data: Rafale is NOT responsible for items delivered to the wrong account if you provided an incorrect Player ID.

4. Purchases and Payments

• Finality: All digital goods and top-up purchases are FINAL and non-refundable once the delivery process has initiated.
• Pricing: Prices are dynamic and subject to change based on exchange rates and provider costs.
• Refunds: Refund requests are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.
• Rafale Wallet: Deposits to the Rafale Wallet are non-refundable and can only be used for purchases on the platform.

5. Use Restrictions & Conduct

You strictly agree not to:

• Chargeback Fraud: Attempt fraudulent chargebacks or disputes through your bank/payment provider. This results in immediate and permanent account termination.
• Price Exploitation: Use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to bypass regional pricing or restrictions.
• Automation: Use bots, scrapers, or automated scripts to interact with the platform or extract pricing data.
• Illegal Use: Use our services for money laundering or to purchase items with stolen credentials.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content and materials are owned by Rafale
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Our trademarks and logos are protected
• You retain ownership of your user content

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Remove or edit content
• Deny service to anyone
• Change eligibility requirements at any time

8. Limitation of Liability

Rafale provides services on an "as is" basis. Our liability is limited by the following:

• In-game Actions: We are NOT responsible for bans, rollbacks, or restrictions placed on your game account by game developers or publishers.
• External Downtime: We are not liable for delays caused by game server maintenance or external payment gateway failures.
• Max Liability: In no event shall Rafale's total liability exceed the actual amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rafale operates. Any disputes shall be settled through friendly negotiation first. If a resolution is not reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of our operating jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

• We may modify these terms at any time
• Changes will be effective upon posting
• Continued use constitutes acceptance
• Major changes will be notified via email
